Stephanie Young is a personal trainer, mother, and a former Jehovah's Witness. She discusses having a twin sister and the baggage that came along with that as an unassertive child, including her taking on the role of the middle child in her sibling order. Stephanie also discusses being a Jehovah's Witness her entire childhood, being homeschooled, and what is was like to leave the church at 19 years old. She also talks about moving to Texas from Michigan, raising two kids, and how she found a passion for fitness and nutrition during the pandemic.
